Studio 8 Booking and Cancellation Policy

To best serve you and respect you and our stylist's time, please take a moment to read our updated cancellation policy.



Policy

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure all future appointment bookings.

  • Credit cards will be held on file in the event of cancellations or no call / no shows.

  • In the event of multiple cancellations / no shows, we will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and move forward from there.


Cancellations

  • A full refund will be issued for all cancellations made with a 24 hour notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made without a 24 hour notice. It will be at your stylist's discretion to issue a refund for emergency cancellations.

  • Guest will be responsible for 50% of scheduled services for second time cancellations made without a 24 hour notice.


No Call/No Shows

  • Guests are responsible for 50% of all scheduled services for any no show / no call instances.

  • Invoice must be paid in order to book any future appointments.
