Policy
A 10% deposit is required to secure all appointment bookings.
Credit cards will be held on file in the event of cancellations or no call / no shows.
In the event of an emergency, issued refunds and applied fees are at technician's discretion.
In the event of multiple cancellations / no shows, we will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and move forward from there.
Cancellations
Within 24 Hours of Appointment:
For first offense, the 10% deposit will not be refunded (return at technician's discretion).
Second offenses will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
Invoice must be paid in order to book any future appointments.
No Call/No Shows
Guests are responsible for 50% of all scheduled services for any no show / no call instances.

In the event of multiple cancellations / no shows, we will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and move forward from there.
Late Arrivals
Depending on the scheduled service and our schedules, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.
Services may have to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the above.
A 50% fee may be applied at technician's discretion if the appointment can't be kept on account of a late arrival.
