Studio 8 Booking and Cancellation Policy

To best serve you and respect you and our stylist's time, please take a moment to read our updated cancellation policy.



Policy

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure all appointment bookings.

  • Credit cards will be held on file in the event of cancellations or no call / no shows.

  • In the event of an emergency, issued refunds and applied fees are at technician's discretion.

  • In the event of multiple cancellations / no shows, we will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and move forward from there.


Cancellations

Within 24 Hours of Appointment:

  • For first offense, the 10% deposit will not be refunded (return at technician's discretion).

  • Second offenses will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

  • Invoice must be paid in order to book any future appointments.


No Call/No Shows

  • Guests are responsible for 50% of all scheduled services for any no show / no call instances.

  • Invoice must be paid in order to book any future appointments.

  • In the event of multiple cancellations / no shows, we will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and move forward from there.


Late Arrivals

  • Depending on the scheduled service and our schedules, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

  • Services may have to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the above.

  • A 50% fee may be applied at technician's discretion if the appointment can't be kept on account of a late arrival.
