Studio 8 Booking and Cancellation Policy
To best serve you and respect you and our stylist's time, please take a moment to read our updated cancellation policy.

Policy
A 10% deposit is required to secure all future appointment bookings.
Credit cards will be held on file in the event of cancellations or no call / no shows.
In the event of multiple cancellations / no shows, we will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and move forward from there.
Cancellations
A full refund will be issued for all cancellations made with a 24 hour notice.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made without a 24 hour notice. It will be at your stylist's discretion to issue a refund for emergency cancellations.
Guest will be responsible for 50% of scheduled services for second time cancellations made without a 24 hour notice.
No Call/No Shows
Guests are responsible for 50% of all scheduled services for any no show / no call instances.
Invoice must be paid in order to book any future appointments.
